What Our Clients Say

Michelle has explored the practice of Yantra with me with tremendous focus, passion and depth. Her lifetimes of spiritual work are now starting to come forth in the form of these breathtakingly beautiful and healing Yantra Murals.

Michelle is a healer, bottom line. After seeing the beautiful, encompassing, radiant moon yantra on the ceiling of the Rockaway Retreat House and having the privilege of doing yoga and meditation beneath it, I immediately knew I wanted to commission a piece for my own healing space in Rockaway Beach. I am a massage therapist myself and I believe in the power of art in my own healing practice. I seek to carefully choose pieces in my treatment room that evoke a spiritual peace and serenity for my clients and myself.

Michelle did an intake for me concerning my yantra commission, keeping in mind my own individual needs and hopes for the piece and choosing an appropriate yantra that would fit specifically for me and my work. The yantra is pristine and beautiful. Immediately upon hanging it I could feel an increase in grace and prana throughout the space. I found that since the piece has been placed in the treatment room, I feel less fatigued after working and I feel a deeper connection to the divine and the healing energy that I seek to harness and direct in my work. Both my husband and my stepdaughter also love the painting, and it has also become a conversation piece for clients and friends who come to visit. I highly recomend including a yantra in your home or office to help lift the energetic vibration and bring beauty. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle LaDue’s Yantra Artistry is one of spiritual and physical precision. She has the strength of being to enter a space and produce sacred geometric creations with pure intention and purpose of heart. She is a skilled visual artist, working to create pure geometrical resonance for home or sacred space — ephemeral or permanent. It was a pleasure to have Michelle as artist in residence at Santo Stefano Chapel in Tuscany. The resonance of the Sri Yantra was a solid anchor of support during a week of deep practices and transformation for us and a group a women on this yoga pilgrimage.

One day, as I approached my shop, I noticed a blob of paint on the sidewalk, left over from some building maintenance. Right then, I saw Michelle walking down the street. I asked her to turn the unattractive blob into one of her beautiful mantras. She agreed and, one mystical day, arrived with her paints and stencils. It was quite the spectacle. All of the colors and patterns, seemingly strewn about —yet together — making the most beautiful, cohesive designs. It was so interesting and enchanting to witness the layers become the patterns. Michelle painted beautiful Venus and Mars yantras outside my little seaside vintage boutique. They have become a source of joy, meditation, and simple beauty for not only myself but everyone who walks by. People often stop, look, and ask about the yantra paintings. They truly are a gift to the shop and the community. I couldn’t be more honored to have Michelle’s intention-filled artwork in my life.

Michelle is a special person to me. We moved to Rockaway around the same time and, over the years, we have supported each other to reach for our dreams and to live healthier, happier lives. Founding the Rockaway Retreat House could not have been possible without Michelle’s love and support every step of the way.

I only know what a yantra is because of Michelle, and for years we have been talking about a full ceiling mural yantra for the retreat house’s yoga space. We decided on the Moon Yantra when she did my Ayurvedic/Planetary Chart, which provided helpful knowledge in so many ways.

This summer all of the elements came together and for two weeks Michelle painted diligently on the floor in the retreat house’ yoga space, which had transformed into her own personal art cave. The yantra was installed like wallpaper and, in less than an hour, it was on display. It is beautiful in this space and I view it as a blessing for everyone who sees it and practices underneath it. Thanks Michelle! Love you!
