Sri Yantra Chalk Painting
This Sri Yantra was created using chalk on 1000 year old stone at at the Santo Stefano Chapel in Tuscany, Italy during a Kundalini Yoga Pilgrimage.
Sri Yantra is a representation of the cosmos at the macrocosmic level and matrix of the human body at the microcosmic level. The 9 interlocking triangles, 5 downward and 4 upward represent the feminine and masculine energies in union surrounding a power point in the center from which all is manifest. The 9 triangles interlaced form 43 smaller ones symbolic of the interconnection of all creation... A Spiritual journey from the stage of material existence to ultimate enlightenment is mapped in the Sri Yantra.
